Now that’s one hell of a disaster recovery plan…but what is truly frightening is the collective compacency that suggests that this sort of thing should even be allowed to happen: Firstly, my health data belongs to me, not the state or any other agency, contractor or other third party; Secondly, my explicit authorisation ought to be given before one agency hands off my data to someone else….
